It's Menu Planning Monday! We are running out of food and can't go shopping until at least Friday so, we're eating lots of egg meals and beef meals this week because I've got plenty of eggs and lots of beef. :)

Lunch – Sandwiches / Leftovers
Dinner – Taco Salad
Tuesday
Breakfast – Eggs, Bacon, and Toast
Lunch – Soup and Salad
Dinner – Spinach Quiche
Wednesday
Breakfast – Breakfast Quesadillas
Lunch – Egg Salad Sandwiches and/or Leftovers
Dinner – Spaghetti with Meatballs
Thursday
Breakfast – Cereal or Oatmeal
Lunch – Smoothies & Fruit
Dinner – Egg Burritos
Friday
Breakfast - Cereal or Oatmeal
Lunch - Tuna Melts
Dinner - Chili Cheeseburger Skillet
Saturday
Breakfast- Malt 'O Meal and Fruit
Lunch - Grilled Cheese & Soup
Dinner- Mom's Chili, Corn Bread, Mashed Potatoes
Sunday
Breakfast – Coffee Cake
Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – @ Parent’s House
