ReplyDeleteThe recipe I use for Chicken Parmesan:4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 egg, slightly beaten3/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1 jar pasta sauce1 cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheesePreheat oven to 400. Mix the breadcrumbs and grated Parm. Dip the chicken in the egg then into the breadcrumb mixture until well coated. Bake for about 20 min. Pour sauce over chicken, sprinkle shredded cheese on top then bake for about 10 more minutes. Voila! I usually serve it with spaghetti or linguine noodles on the side.
